Wonderful Host
This review is a bit different. We were not able to make it for our stay due to a family emergency else where but the communication with Ron was wonderful. He messaged before our stay and everything would have been so easy. When I messaged him that we could not make it I was nervous about him not being understanding but it was the complete opposite. He was super nice and I hope that we can make it back to GJ and stay at his little cottage.

Peaceful farm cottage stay
It was the best way to decompress after a long travel day on the road. We loved that it was quiet, private and tucked away from the hustle and bustle while still having eateries within minutes. Because there is only one unit, we didn’t have to worry about safety and we absolutely loved that parking is literally right in front of the unit by the door so we can easily bring our belongings in and out. The bed and sofa bed were so comfortable, we got the rest we needed to hit the road again the next day. The hosts Ron and Dawn were so very helpful and welcoming. We had a blast seeing all the farm animals too! Will definitely be back anytime we are passing through again.

A great stay!
Our family of 5 (including 3 kids ages 6, 3, and 1) needed a place to stay for one night. We came across this property and loved it! The bed was extremely comfortable. They also had a pull-out sofa perfect for my older 2 children and were even kind enough to already have it made. Ron had also sent a message before we arrived asking if we would like him to have their pack-n-play and high chair set up in advance. So thoughtful! It was about 95 degrees outside during our stay here. We had set the in-window AC unit to 72 degrees and it was able to keep the property at that temperature without issue. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed (and more!). They even left us a basket of snacks! I would highly recommend a stay at this property. A special "Thank you!" to Dawn (one of the owners) who came to greet us when we arrived. She was very friendly and made us feel right at home.

Cozy stay on a Regenerative Farm
Great experience at this property. Unit was clean, very comfortable and easy to access off I-70. Small typo in listing address otherwise would be 5 stars all across the board. As an added bonus I was able to chat with Dawn for a while about regenerative farming and even pick a fresh peach to go with my oatmeal in the morning. Sunset was absolutely gorgeous too.
