Black mold in the bathroom. Told the hotel staff. They simply thanked me for the information and let me know that maintenance would take care of it 3 days ago. I’m still here and so is the black mold. Thanks for nothing. Also, the pool that is advertised, is simply filled in with dirt and trash.

Place was out dated. Staff not helpfull had to retrieve my own towels for the room grom the actual laundry room. Horrible wbreakfast selection. Dirty a d smelly lobby bathroom. Room service phone not working had to go to the lobby for requests not very convenient. Overall totalled disappointing

Probably the worst hotel stay experienced. Hotel was very run down, unclean and noisy. Doors slam shut due, so that is what you hear between 2am-4am when kids and individuals are running around and yelling. Over hotel is run down, unclean, and in desperate need of repairs. It didn’t look like the room we got was cleaned at all. Bathroom was unclean with shower tile missing, dirty floors and bugs on walls and ceilings. There was dirt on the shower head and shower knobs missing. The toliet was not touched and there was hair everywhere. Definitely would NOT recommend.

This property was absolutely disgusting! Very dirty and very unsafe. I believe it's more of a "by the hour" hotel.. wouldn't recommend to ANYONE.. They also house a lot ex prisoners which I had no clue about. I'm very disappointed and will not be using any Baymont Hotel in my travels

My Baymont Nightmare
To begin we were moved to 3 different rooms before we found one that was at least clean enough to stay in. Then the blakets were dirty and the front desk gave me a hard time avout it but eventually they did switch them. We asked for an extra blanket because we were traveling with our 3 boys, this request was flat out denied. To top it all of there is so much mold growing around the pool on the top floor. The lamp posts around the pool all had an abundance of mold growth, so beware if you have respiratory issues. DON'T STAY HERE, FIND SOMETHING ELSE YOU'LL THANK ME LATER. I tried to upload pictures but it wouldn't let me do so.
