Elevator was broken. Drinks vending machine broken. Requested a 1st floor room when we arrived because I had foot surgery and was on crutches. Only rooms available were on 2nd floor. Had to hobble up the stairs which was difficult with crutches. Thankfully the 2nd night of our 3 night stay we were moved to a 1st floor room. That room had only 1 garbage can and the bathroom floor wasn't the cleanest.

When we checked in, the kid at the front desk was very disengaged. Asked for my ID and then just gave me the room keys and my id and walked away, he didnā€™t tell us what room we were in or where to go. He didnā€™t tell use about amenities like when breakfast was served or where it was located.

The hotel has one elevator that was out of service the whole time we were there. Iā€™ve recently had a knee replacement so that was a terrible imposition. The shower was huge but had no shelves or towel bars. I had to put my toiletries on the floor while using the shower. The bed was way too soft and the pillows were terrible. I received a text stating that they would provide housekeeping unless you told them otherwise, but they never refreshed our room.

It smelled like an old storage facility the stinch of trash. The vending machine, the soda machine and the elevator did not work. The toilet was not bolted down. It rained and the rain came through the window, leaving a puddle on the floor. I left a written complaint with no response.

We travel alot for Business and pleasure. This is the worse stay we have had. There was no hot water for a shower, we had no remote to watch tv. We had to go to the front desk twice for remotes that didnt work. The hotel was noisey all night, we didnt sleep. We checked out extra early just to get away from there. The staff were nice but not professional. We asked to be accommodated for our experience and was told nothing can be done. Im a Business Owner and thats not how you handle dissatisfaction from guests spending money.

The room was clean. Thatā€™s the only good thing about my stay. The elevator was out of order & my room was on the third floor. (That was the only floor available-so they said.) The carpets on the stairs were very warn. (Remember I had to climb them to the third floor?) The pop machine was out of order also. Someone had a dog in one of the rooms near mine & every time someone walked by the dog would bark. There were no tissue boxes or tissues in the room. The furniture & bedside lamps looked dated & made the room look shabby. Donā€™t waste your money & stay here.

The only elevator in the hotel wasnā€™t working and the side door exit didnā€™t lock/close. The electrical plugs in the bathroom didnā€™t work and the bed was not the most comfortable. Staff was friendly and the room seemed clean but the hotel could definitely use some updates. Overall decent for the price.

This property had several issues but overall was an acceptable stay First and foremost, my room clean, which is my most important factor. However, I did not get made service during my stay, and that is something I donā€™t really care for. While my room was clean, all the common areas felt very dirty and dusty. The hallway carpeting needed a good vacuuming. The breakfast was acceptable. There was a variety of hot and cold items. The biggest drawback for me was The lack of coffee creamer. They had several varieties of sweetened creamer, but no standard half-and-half. The elevator was not in operation during my stay All staff encountered I were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite a few drawbacks, I felt safe and I would choose to stay here again

I stay at this place all of the time. I'm not going to stay here anymore. The staff is amazing they are very good people, and the rooms are usually fairly clean for what they are. The rate is unbelievable, it's usually around $80 a night through orbits plus the fees and I'm in town staying in a hotel about 150 nights out of the year. So I enjoyed the rate and the people. That being said, it is gotten worse every single month for the last year. My last few visits have been horrible in the savings is no longer worth it. I'm across the street at townehome suites by Marriott now and it's twice as much but worth every penny. It was their fault they sent me here because their laundry is broken per usual oh that's another thing in this visit elevator was broken, laundry was broken for customers, and the pop machine is broken. There was literally somebody talking outside of my room all night and I tried to ask them to stop and they were confrontational. Do people in and out all night pretty much I'm sure escorts or prostitutes for a fact. Some sort of weird going ons down the hall all night with people in and out of rooms. Absolute nightmare!!!!!!!!!! So happy to be out. The place across the street town home or Town place suites by Marriott it's about 170 a night or more but it's well worth it. Be sure in certain history I have spent way too much money at this hotel Trevor had the experience I've had the last few times. But that's it I'm done.

Great Stay!
Mattress was a little to firm for me but my partner love it! Rommy was spacios. VERY friendly & helpful staff! I dropped my phone charger beside the wall & saw 2 or 3 noodles stuck to wall. They really blended in with paint color so there's NO WAY I'd have noticed if my face hadn't been within 2 - 3 inches from them! Otherwise, very clean including inside lobby, hallways & outside area.
