I was given a first floor room. The carpet was worn to the point that it no longer had pattern in the high traffic areas. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The shower door wouldn't stay shut. The only electric outlet in the bathroom didn't work. If you set the thermostat on the in-room heater to more than 65 degrees, it just kept running and would make the room very hot. The finish on the faux leather desk chair was peeling off and exposing the padding underneath. I cannot speak for other rooms, but this one certainly needs attention. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable.

Run Down Hotel!
The outside of the hotel looks nice, the lobby is decent. The room was run down. Bathroom door is a terrible idea (slides to barely close). Get a regular door that shuts 100%! The toilet and shower are so close by each other it was a challenge to start the shower. They had shampoo that was Paul Mitchel brand but I guarantee they refilled those shampoo bottles with something that is cheap and not Paul Mitchell. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Ceiling in the hallways are moldy, and run down. This place has potential but it’s run down and needs renovation ASAP!!! Never will I stay here again!

I had a very nice stay. Love the water bottle filling stations! The room was upated, quiet and comfortable. The desk chair needs replaced. The chair foam covering was worn away and looked like it had been peeled off or chewed off. I like that the fridge was in a cabinet, I missed having a microwave. The bathroom was very nice. The placement of the hall light is inconvenient for when you first arrive.

Pros - comfortable bed, good room service, easy parking, nice shower, suite was nice. Cons - hot tub was out of service and the was the main amenity I was looking forward to. Had I known that, I would not have stayed here. A bit annoyed that no one mentioned it during check-in. Bar wasn't serving food my first day there due to some issue with their chef.

It is clear that they are working on remodeling. Most things look great but there are a few things thar still need some help. Noticed some walpaper pealing and places where paint needs to be fixed. The "office" chair in our room was old and pealing. The hot tub was out of order. The showers and whole bathroom was totally remodled and looked beautiful! The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff when we checked in was very kind! I see where there has been a lot of work done. It looks good. Keep it up!

Do not stay here, hotel seemed like it was getting ready to shut down. No heat in hallways, it was very cold. Pool closed, Restaurant/bar closed down. No continental breakfast as advertised. Was a ghost town. Staff wearing regular clothes like sweatshirts, wasn’t sure who was actually an employee. Room was clean but furniture worn down, most of the leather peeled off desk chair, shower floor chipped and huge gap between tile and wall. They did have a individual serving coffee maker in the room but only one cup, the lids did not fit the cup. In a great area next to mall but was disappointed with this hotel.
