The property was clean, but there was some disrepair. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning and the waterslide was permanently closed. Due to an event, a good portion of the parking lot was closed for a BBQ for a specific group staying at the hotel. While fun for that group, it made parking a nightmare. It was also odd to me that they chose to close off the parking lot towards the front of the hotel making it difficult to figure out how to get to the drive up awning to check in, and impeded normal trafic flow. Where I had to park made me feel unsafe as there was no direct entry to the hotel on that side of the hotel. It felt like a back alley. I liked the hotel, but would make sure all parking will be open and available before staying again.

Our stay was alright. -Breakfast was not included as posted on their website (came as an additional charge of $5-$20) - Motorcycle Club having a party/cook out in the parking lot for the entire weekend (loud & rowdy) -Glass and garabage all over the parking lot -Some staff did not advise of water filling station and encouraged us to buy $5 water bottles in the market -Questionable as to if our sheets were washed prior to our stay -Kyle was incredible - best thing the hotel had to offer (give him a raise!!)

This was our first stay since ownership changed. Check-in and Check-out was easy...despite it appearing at least one of the same associates worked at least a double shift. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet despite it being a weekend night with multiple events occuring nearby. One thing however...housekeepIng should ALWAYS verify when changing over a room that the alarm clock is NOT set to ring. We had to get up early... just not as early as the former occupant must have to...

Staff very friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable. In the two rooms booked each room had an issue with the bathroom. The toilet seat in the first room was broken and came off. In the second room the bathroom door (barn door style) could only be closed halfway.

Don't trust the 8.2 rating!
I wanted to see stay at this hotel because it's close to alot of places. The price was cheaper than other hotels in the area. I requested a handicap room, because my husband was recovering from a stay in the hospital. The first thing that was odd is that we were on the 5th floor, second to last room. This room was closer to the stairs then the elevator. I would think that handicap rooms would be the rooms closer to the elevator, especially if there is a wheelchair involve. The grab bars, for the toliet, were on both sides. My husband had to move his leg around the grab bar so he could use the toliet. Super inconvenient for larger people. The grab bars in the shower were superb!!! Our door was a crap shoot to get into to. I might get in the first time, but usually it took 5 to 7 times before the door would work. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave in the room. I suspect it's because they have a restaurant and they encourage you to eat there. I trusted the 8.2 rating for this hotel. I got duped and won't stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. The place was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that the back of the desk chair was very worn and we could not put our ice brick in the fridge freezer because it was so iced over.
