The rooms where dirty and wires everywhere, the hot tub did not work, the pool was dirty, and there is a non working slide...the smell of weed was bad in the lobby, the desk attendants where usually on phone..the tv volume did not work and the phone did not work!! The only possitives where quiet and the bar food was good

My group stayed there for two nights we asked for light housekeeping on the second day so we get clean towels. They make the bed and take care of the trash. We had to ask three× one housekeeper out in the hall gave me the towels and two bags to put the trash in And said to leave it outside the door we complained and the day that we checked out and he did reimburse us $25 for each day

Staff was amazing! The only issue I had were guests in the pool area, outside of my room being loud after 11:30pm…… then they were loud, arguing and cursing in the Hal by 7:30am….. I informed the front desk and the arguing stopped shortly after.

First off, we are a family of 5 (two teenage age daughters and a pre-teen son). It is tough finding a hotel room big enough for us that is reasonably priced. This hotel was awesome for us! We had a two queen suite that had a pull out couch. We loved having the kitchenette area along with a living room separate from the queen bed area. The price was great! The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a prime location! We would definitely stay again. The only negative is the elevator smelled like marijuana and you could tell some areas of the hotel need a little tlc. But none of this affected our overall stay. I do recommend this hotel.

Quick stay after a flight.
We needed a place to stay after our flight came in late to Grand Rapids. The room was simply ok. The AC/blower fan would not run continuously so every it kicked on or off, we would wake up. The appeared to be pet friendly and the smell of dog was apparent. There are likely better options, we were in a hurry to book a room. The staff that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful.
