Worst room layout we have EVER had! Nothing made sense, bright lights, sink was completely removed from toilet, unnecessary “counter” near bed and a lounge chair that was inaccessible. If you want to wash your hands after using the bathroom you have to turn on bright lights disturbing anyone sleeping! Ridiculous!

Decided to stay here after needing a place just for the night. After checking Air B&B and the other hotels in the area this was the cheapest without being rundown. I’m glad I stayed here as it’s conveniently located to downtown, the bed was very comfortable and we despite not asking for it we were given a handicap-able room which was nice and roomy. This will be my go to stay going forward.

We were in town for a show at DeVos and it was very easy to get to. The option to purchase breakfast was very helpful and all the staff was very friendly.

Great place to stay for a concert. It’s a easy walk across the blue bridge for restaurants and music venues

I liked the fact that you needed a key card to access elevators to guest floors. Gives a bit of added security.
