This is our go-to place to stay in Grande Prairie! I love their soaker tubs, the clean rooms, and the connected Jax Restaurant and Bar. Prices are very competitive for a great place to stay!

Room was way too hot and adjusting the thermostat had no affect. Notified front desk staff when we left to dinner that the room was uncomfortably warm and assured maintenance staff would address it. Upon return the room was even hotter. Called to complain again and maintenance came in and fiddled with thermostat and told us it was fixed and should cool off in 20 minutes and left. My husband and I were undressed and I was getting into the bath when the maintenance staff entered the room unannounced and without knocking with a ladder to do something with the water pipes above the entry closet and tried to enter the washroom with myself in the bathtub and my husband had to intercept him as he claimed he needed to "Check the water temperature in the washroom." Tried to insist on doing so for something completely unrelated to our original complaint. The entire encounter was extremely uncomfortable on several personal levels. The room didn't cool down at all the entire evening and the entire night was ultimately one of my most uncomfortable hotel stays ever

Good enough value.
It was all good and the included breakfast was better than continental. Choice of an omlette, potatoes and one slice of toast or 2 toast, 2 eggs and potatoes..meat costs extra . Coffee included. The only complaint is that I booked a bachelor suite which was advertised as being a huge 45 square metres (average room is 30) It was smaller than an average room..not big at all. It was good for the one night we stayed though but they should correct room size.

Full of pickup trucks and men. Felt unsafe with my daughter in the elevator with other male guests. Breakfast is free but limited to three choices. Hallways smell of cigarette smoke.

The staff are super efficient and friendly. The hotel is very clean. Some areas are showing their age, for instance the mattress in our room was saggy and could be replaced. We appreciate the little things, like bottled water in the room. We enjoyed our stay, as always.

I was always happy with this hotel but this time. It was turned into a CREW HOTEL (meaning people that leave for work at 3 am). Doors slamming, voices in hallways, shower and people stomping above us. Not sure why the hotel people would put normal clientele on the same floor as the crew workers. On a positive side they have a free made to order breakfast starting at 5 am.
