Would like to just give a big thanks to super for letting us have an amazing stay! The one and only thing that I would have anything negative to say about would be that there was no hot tub for my sore back other than that it’s been great! We will return next time we are in Grand Prairie.. ☺️☺️☺️

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice and the pool in good condition and fun for the kids. The facility is obviously aging and is not getting the upkeep and repairs to be functional. The shower rod is falling down, the bathroom door lock doesn't work and another bedroom door knob seized shut with kids inside and didn't turn until we played with it and jiggled it for a period of time. This could be more than an inconvenience if there was an emergency.

Got there at 9pm sent up to our room, couldn’t even get passed the weed smell, walk into a room the TV was on , filthy dirty with dust and smelled like a cigarette butt!! Asked for a new room as we asked for non smoking…. But couldn’t accommodate so had to leave that hotel and try to find a new one! Horrible experience

Elevator kept breaking down. We were on 4th floor with children so VERY inconvenient to go up/down 4 flights if stairs. Hotel did not accommodate at all.

Tap broke had no water for the first day. Then he came to fix it and didn’t fix it right so we had to wait till the next day. No running water. The pool had no hot tub no hot water period and was absolutely ice cold. Couldn’t stay in longer than 5-10 min before my kids would shiver and I’d be frozen. And couldn’t have a hot shower or bath after cuz my room had no water. The staff didn’t really seem to think it was a big deal either. We will try and get it fixed is all they said. I had to ask them 3 times to get anywhere with it.

Not a great stay. Stayed on the ground floor and could hear everyone close their doors. The room shook when the neighbours closed their doors. I called to confirm a pet, the lady said mention it in the special request section on Expedia, and when I did the lady at the front counter gave me attitude when it wasn’t noticed at check in. No coffee maker, no hooks in the bathroom, toilet had an awful loud sound when filling. I could hear the next door neighbours screaming kids and howling dog.
