Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay friendly staff comfortable clean room huge bathroom. Had eveing meal there food was excellent and breakfast was first class. Parts of the hotel need a little updating but that didn't deter from us thoroughly enjoying our stay

Okay for short break.
It was absolutely fine. Bed small & a bit uncomfortable. Hit head on slope ceiling & could not sit up in bed. Shower quite difficult to figure out and works opposite way.

One night was ample
This property was booked for one night at the end of our three night visit to Grantown on Spey. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I did mention this when we checked out. Additionally, the dinner we had was good. However, their dining service is lacking. Perhaps the staff are new? Or need more training?

We had a great stay for 3 nights, the staff are excellent very friendly and know their stuff. The camaraderie in the bar with the Staff and other guests was lovely, all sharing their day. Wide selection of whiskies and spirits. The food was excellent, even if you decide not to stay, go there and eat. For us the best food in Grantown, along with freshly cooked breakfasts, the Venison Pie and mussels were beautiful. Thank you Mark and Lucy and all your staff,great stay, thank you.
