This whole hotel sucked!!! Our room was gross. There was hair in the shower, long dark hair on the floor upon entering the room which didn’t belong to my girls or me. The microwave was dirty, there was smudges and dry stuff on our little table we had in our room along with on the counter where the microwave and coffee pot is in our room. The floors weren’t vacuumed I’m pretty sure cause there was dirt beside the bed and then in the bathroom between like the door and the corner of the tub. Our tv didn’t work and no one came to fix it. The whole room was bad. My daughters and I wanted to try out the pool. Upon entering the pool, the pool room stunk horribly. The water in the pool was cloudy like really bad. We also noticed a hose coming from a closet or pool room and going into the pool itself. Not sure what that was all about. We didn’t want to take a chance on getting in. Breakfast was bad. Dried up old looking eggs, sausage gravy that looked nasty that I don’t think my dog would eat. There was no protein as far as meat goes. Bread to toast in the toaster seemed dry. And the breakfast lady was mean. Overall I would not stay here. Nor would I recommend this hotel at all. Very gross and staff is not helpful at all. Such a disappointment

The staff was incredibly friendly & the room was perfect! I loved the extra seating area in our room, not just a desk & chair like some hotels! My only complaint was that there weren’t any non-pork meat served at the continental breakfast! No other issues what-so-ever!

We stayed here out of convenience due to the closeness to the event we were attending so we weren’t expecting too much. Front desk attendant was friendly, hotel was clean overall. The TV in our room flickered consistently, which we can overlook as we weren’t there much. However, our toilet did stop flushing all together the evening before check out and given the proximity to the highway the traffic noise was pretty noticeable during the night.

We stay here several times a year. Normally no problems. This time our tv wouldn't work. They agreed to come fix it why we were out or they'd move us to a different room . We came back it was never fixed and room never switched. The Jacuzzi tub which we paid extra for was dirty so I had to clean it myself. And the road noise was awful from the highway. Was up till 4:00 am. Normally we have a great stay not sure what happened this time.

I never leave a review, but my stay exceeded my expectations. It’s a short drive to Hershey. The staff was so friendly. The room looked exactly like the pictures. It was super clean. Breakfast was excellent. The only downfall for some would be the hotel is close to the highway so you can hear the traffic, but we were able to sleep through it. There are blackout curtain on the windows you just need to bring the correct curtain down. The pool was clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had no functioning AC and a flooded room. Our bathroom sink did not drain either. The rooms are not very clean you can tell the minimum is done for quick turn over. They provided credit due to our troubles however now it’s been weeks trying to get the refund applied to the card that the room was charged too. I have called and emailed they say they are fixing it it’s now been 2 weeks and it’s still incorrect. Really not impressed with the service here.

I never leave reviews. But everything was perfect. The people were nice, the check in was fast, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. They even kept the breakfast open and extra hour. Never seen that before.

Traveling from NC to upstate New York. Upgrades from past visits. Changed from Comfort Suites to Best Western. Drapes changed to more modern shades but did not work right. Noise from I 81 in the night loud. Bathroom updated and very nice. Towels are horrible. Not Comfort Suites towels. Beds and pillows comfy and blanket nice. Breakfast staff person was the best. She was personable , nice, fun and really keeping things clean and supplied. Desk young man did try to help us with shade issue. All in all we would come back. Please give us better towels
