Songbird cottage-off of Route 16 at the Granville exit, this stylish 2nd floor cottage is surrounded by the beautiful Spring Valley Preserve. The newly renovated space includes a stocked kitchen with plenty of off street parking. This prime location is just minutes from downtown Granville & Denison University; enjoy exploring the hiking trails in the preserve, shoping & dining in town, or attending a polo match at Bryn Du mansion. Denison & Raccoon Valey golf courses are also minutes away.
The space
2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom.
The master bedroom has a King bed, closet and desk. The 2nd bedroom has a 2 twin beds and a closet. There is tons of natural light in this place and beautiful views of the surrounding woods. However you are not so isolated that you can't easily get to the highway.

You can enjoy some outside living with the fire-pit and groomed wooded paths.

Nice woodland setting
clean and freshly decorated appropriately for the woodland setting. Thoughtfully and well stocked kitchen and bath. Very comfy mattresses with plenty of pillows and blankets. Some interstate noise but a small fan will drown that out. Only four minutes from the center of Granville and grocery close by...very nice

Family Visit
We were visiting family in Granville. This was a perfect location for us. It was affordable, clean, adorable, and the right set up with the twins beds for our family. The hosts were quick to respond and help with any questions. It was tucked away in a wooded area. It was close to the highway morning traffic noise, but that didn’t bother us a bit. We will for sure stay here again! Thank you! N

In Granville for Denison 50th reunion. 4 women. Perfect place to stay. Only complaint was traffic noise and would have liked some softer pillows.

Beautiful cabin in the woods
We loved our stay here and will highly recommend it to all of our friends! Laura is a delight to work with, communicating promptly and accommodating our special requests. I love that the cabin has nontoxic, high quality doTerra cleaning products, laundry soap, and shampoo. The snacks were an extra welcoming touch to a newly renovated, very comfortable cabin. Five stars all around!
