Beautiful place, our only complaint was the noise of the beds - very squeaky with any movement which woke us up all night. They were pretty antiques, just loud springs, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The place was located well, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the hiking and location, so picturesque! Definitely recommend.

Das Hotel ist einfach zu finden, unser Zimmer war interessant eingerichtet. Die Badewanne mittig mag zunƤchst lustig erscheinen, ist aber vƶllig unnĆ¼tz. Wir waren am 1. Tag ( 2 Ɯbernachtungen) die einzigen GƤste und haben das Abendessen sowie FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck in Anspruch genommen, vor allem, weil in dem Dorf sonst nichts weiter gibt. Wie bei einigen Kommentaren vorher: Ć¼berteuert, insbesondere das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck. Da Gratteri ein sehr Ć¼berschaubares Dorf ist und man zu FuƟ in einer Stunde alles gesehen hat, wĆ¼rden wir dort nicht mehr hinfahren; auch deshalb, weil die ā€žStraƟenā€œ sehr eng waren, ebenso wie der Weg von unten nach oben.

Unique place with a lot of charm. Dinner is good and breakfast OK; everything a bit on the higher price range. Quality is better than hotel but not quite like Agriturismo. Just so you know: using the Jacuzzi associated with the place is extra and I feel with ā‚¬50/hour very expensive.

Lugar de montaƱa con mucho encanto y muy cuidado tanto la habitaciĆ³n como las zonas comunes. No conseguimos reservar la zona de spa, asĆ­ q volveremos. La cena y desayuno, excelente. Para los q tienes sueno ligero las campanas de las iglesias de Gratteri suenan cada 15 min.

In diesem Haus kann man Sizilien wie ein Einheimischer erleben und geniessen. Die einheimische KĆ¼che ist jeden Tag in grosser Abwechslung prƤsent. Die Chefin und die Angestellten sind ausserordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind stilecht mit altem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Ein kleines Nebenhaus ist geschmackvoll in ein gemĆ¼tliches SPA umgebaut. Wir fĆ¼hlten uns richtig eingebettet im sizilianischen Bergdorf Gratteri. Das Haus war fĆ¼r uns eine "Trouvaille"; jedem, der es gern "einheimisch" haben mƶchte, zu empfehlen.
