A newly renovated motel. Simple and stylish. Small complaint: Couldn’t get the tv to work and the exhaust in the bathroom not working. Otherwise, a very comfortable room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Slept like a babe! Would return.

Stayed for 2 nights for hockey tournament. Place was clean, beds were very comfortable, the hotel has been recently renovated so everything felt very new. We had contactless check-in, so did not need to deal with any staff. Only downside was the train that comes through the town, which is about 700 m away from the hotel, first night we heard a lot of the horn blaring, second night didn’t hear anything. Would still come back if in Gravenhurst.

It’s not fancy. I’d describe it as spartan. But you don’t see fancy when you’re asleep. What I want in a place to stay is secure, clean and quiet, and this place checks those boxes. It could do with a Kleenex dispenser, directions on how to use the safe and maybe a comfortable armchair or two. Also, it would be nice to have TV access to CNN, CBC and CTV and to Canadian and US channels.

Our accommodations were great. Big windows, modern room, super-clean. Microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig with pods and accoutrements. Large closets for storage if needed. I would stay again for sure. The self-check-in and check-out was also excellent. No waiting in a line in a lobby. The “downtown” area is literally a 5-10 minute walk, and if you want, there is a cool pub right across the street with a big patio. 👌👍

The room was well appointed and up to date. The only negative was noise. We could hear every foot step from the room above. The other noise factor was due to the railway tracks being about 50 meters away. A train with its horn blaring occurred twice in the evening. A bit unsettling but it may have influenced our decision to stay had we known in advance.

This property was extremely clean. The bed is very comfortable, comparable to a stay at the Fairmont. The room was very quiet. Service was done via a text message which provided a code to the door, I was happy with that, but I can’t really rate the service.

The rooms are newly renovated - very clean! Unfortunately, no sound proofing. We could hear the neighbours TV , kids jumping in the unit above. Very limited insulation between the bathroom and living space. The air conditioner is very loud as well. The room was freezing when we arrived (Aug 10). There is no option to turn heat on, just had to turn the air off. It took awhile to get remotely comfortable. The sheets were stained (although I'm sure they were clean). As there isn't a "front desk", I texted the number provided to inquire about getting new sheets, but no one responded. Not great when you have an issue that needs a resolution. It wasn't a great feeling to have to sleep with those sheets :( There is a great restaurant across the road - that was a nice bonus.

The update were all very nice. May we suggest you get the right size of toilet seat for the toilet. It's obviously too small and it moves back and forth when you sit. It will in the not too distant future probably break at the connection if it's not changed.. Otherwise your updates were very well done.

Very nice hotel.
We had the apartment suite. 2 bedrooms with full kitchen. It’s cozy and very clean. I’m very particular about cleanliness in rooms. This little hotel is far better than the known hotels. It’s near to everything too. I would stay again. Definitely.
