Mt Elephant Forrest Cabin

Nestled amongst the tranquil forest of Mt Elephant this 2-bedroom cabin is the perfect way to escape it all. This cosy little cottage is historically known as 'The Worker's Cottage' and is within a short 8 minute drive to the village of St Mary's. Enjoy the many walking tracks in the area or just relax by the fire with a nice glass of local wine and a book. There's plenty of room for the kids to run and explore the property where you will also get a beautiful glimpse of the South Pacific Ocean.

The cabin is warm and homely, with plenty of extra blankets for those cooler months and fireplace. There are board games, leggos and activities for the kiddies, a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi for mum or dad and puzzles & books for the adults.

Nice and quiet
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your charming and comfortable cottage. It was clean, tidy and included everything you might need. The location is quiet, ideal for watching wildlife and perfect for trips to surrounding national parks. It was a great introduction to Tasmania, thank you.
