Aquitaine - Gironde -MEDOC, 4 km ocean House for 6 people of 60 M² (2 bedrooms) wooden chalet with private swimming pool (6x4) covered, heated to 28 ° (from April to November), Jacuzzi (2 places). Its wooden terrace of 100 M², its garden furniture, its relax, its barbecue its solar shower and its two adult bikes await you for strolls on our many cycle paths. Enclosed garden of 900 M². Shops nearby, living room, shower room, comfortable kitchen. Sliding sport, horse riding on the beach or in the forest. 1.5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy center.
Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known all over the world !!
The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, built-in oven, 4 gas burners, coffee maker, Nespresso, 1 microwave. One bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. The second has a 140 cm bunk bed (sleeps 4)
The house is located in the town of Grayan 9 km from SOULAC / sea 10 minutes by car, 7 km from Montalivet.
Our very natural supervised beach is 4 km away (5 min by car) and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Going up towards Le Verdon / mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sporting activities (jet ski, sailing lessons ect). You also have night markets every night in the surrounding villages.(Grayan, Vensac, Talais ...)
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, tastings on site possible with a view of Bird Island !!

Silvain ist ein freundlicher und humorvoller Gastgeber. Pool, Whirlpool und Haus waren blitzsauber. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, groß und gepflegt. Wir haben uns zusammen mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes dans cette région magnifique et le logement a été agréable à vivre, fonctionnel et propre. La piscine et le spa sont un vrai plus, nous étions vraiment au calme. Le propriétaire à été accueillant et très gentil. Nous espérons y revenir un jour pour de nouvelles vacances. Très bon séjour. Jacuzzi extrêmement pendant les dernières nuits fraîches de mai pour observer les étoiles (aucune pollution lumineuse dans ce recoin du Médoc). Piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir pendant les journées brûlantes. Barbecue efficace. Les palissades rendent le lieu intime. La cuisine est bien équipée (gazinière, plan de travail, grand évier, lave-vaisselle, machine Nespresso). Le chalet est conforme aux photos. Enfin, l'hôte, M. Tiffon, est très arrangeant, très réactif, très affable.
