Near SOULAC / MER air-conditioned house of 130 MĀ² in an exotic setting with private swimming pool (6x4) covered (heated to 28 Ā° from April to November), surrounded by a wooden terrace of 120 MĀ² with Jacuzzi for 5 people, Infrared sauna for 3 people and fitness room with fitness equipment.
Even in case of rain you can swim thanks to the pool enclosure !!Nice night swim because you are like in a bubble !!!
Internet access . 4 adult bikes are provided free of charge. It is located 4 km from the ocean and is surrounded by a 400 mĀ² enclosed garden. It consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (including a sofa bed in the mezzanine). A living room, a lounge, a kitchen with all the comforts (a washing machine, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a normal coffee maker and a 'Tassimo', toaster and a large fridge-freezer. Perfect retreat
Sylvain's property perfectly matched our needs. All was clean and in good shape. Communication was quick and always great. We would not recommend the house for persons with a dog that is used to move around freely on all levels of a house. The stairs are quite steep and slippery. We solved the issue by placing a suitcase in front of the stairs to hinder our large dog from trying. Other than that all was perfect and we are thinking about returning one day.

Es war ein ganz schƶner Aufenthalt
Es hat alles super geklappt. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter EigentĆ¼mer. Als der Poolroboter nicht mehr funktionierte wurde dieser umgehend ersetzt. Leider ist bei uns auch noch der GeschirrspĆ¼ler ausgestiegen, fĆ¼r uns unangenehm. Auch hier war die Betreuung durch Herr Tiffon hervorragend und auch dieser wurde gleich ersetzt. Es ist ein tolles Haus, es ist alles vorhanden, absolute PrivatsphƤre. Ja es ist ein Holzhaus, also etwas ringhƶrig. Pool und Jacuzzi waren super. Die Lage fĆ¼r uns genial mit Hunden, Wald um die Ecke, dass Meer nicht weit, der Einkauf um die Ecke. Was noch super wƤre evtl. vorne auch ein Sonnensegel fĆ¼r Auto und MĆ¼ckennetze vor den Fenstern wƤre sehr angenehm, damit man die Fenster auch Nachts ohne Bedenken auflassen kann. Betten und selbst das Sofabett unten sehr bequem. WĆ¼rden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Danke Herr Tiffon

Einfach wunderbar und Erholung

schƶne Terasse mit zwei tollen Pools
Schƶne Anlage mit zwei tollens Pools - so muss Urlaub sein. Die Terasse ist wirklich wunderbar! Im Haus war soweit auch alles gut, bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten (die Schlafzimmer sind aus unserer Sicht etwas klein und die TĆ¼rklinke ist auch noch kaputt). Eine schƶne Tischtennisplatte ist noch vorhanden und vier Ƥltere FahrrƤder. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, bei uns war die Sicherung vom Pool rausgefallen und er kam sofort vor Ort. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schƶne Zeit - danke dafĆ¼r!

sehr schƶner Urlaub
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, er war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage zum Meer, und StrƤnden sowie zu Ausflugsziele war perfekt. Das Objekt insgesamt sehr schƶn (Pool, Whirlpool). Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren im oberen Bereich. Da wir keine "Riesen" sind, war fĆ¼r uns die z.T. niedrige Deckenhƶhe kein Problem. Es gab nur eine Sache zu bemƤngeln: Der Eingangsbereich war mit 2 TĆ¼ren gesichert (1 TĆ¼r befestigt im Innenbereich und 1 TĆ¼r befestigt im AuƟenbereich). Die HaustĆ¼rklinke der innenliegenden TĆ¼r war defekt. Die ƤuƟere HolztĆ¼r war mit Schloss und Riegel versehen und damit war ein AbschlieƟen dieser TĆ¼r ohne Probleme mƶglich war. Die Markthalle von Soulac sur Mer ist zu empfehlen.

TrĆØs bon sĆ©jour. Bon contact avec le propriĆ©taire. De nombreux Ć©quipements proposĆ©s et une vraie tĆ©lĆ© (pas un timbre poste). Une piscine et un jacuzzi de grande taille, mais qui nĆ©cessitent un entretien journalier. Contrairement Ć  ce que j'avais compris dans l'annonce, les chambres ne sont pas vraiment climatisĆ©es. c'est le couloir qui dessert les chambres qui l'ait. il faut laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes. pas toujours simple quand il y a un ronfleur :-) Je recommande cette location.

Ɖquipements extĆ©rieurs au top et bien amĆ©nagĆ©s! Jacuzzi et piscine parfaitement agencĆ©s, entourĆ©s de vĆ©gĆ©tations. Sauna de bonne taille, barbecue bien utile (mĆŖme si au gaz serait plus pratique pour une location) Ɖquipements intĆ©rieurs pratiques, cuisine fonctionnelle. Mais la salle de bain plutĆ“t dĆ©cevante comparĆ© au reste car assez dĆ©suĆØte, et douche bien usĆ©e avec odeurs des Ć©gouts, wc dans la salle de bain pas trĆØs pratique pour logement Ć  plusieurs. Ɖtage climatisĆ© qui rafraĆ®chit aussi le bas si on laisse la clim tournĆ©e longtemps, mais il faut laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes pour profiter de la climatisation sinon on a vite chaud sous les combles (les chambres n'ont pas leur propre unitĆ© de climatisation)

Notre fils de 7 ans ne lā€™a pas quittĆ©e de la semaine! Le jacuzzi et les Ć©quipements de sport sont clairement du bonus qui fait plaisir! M.Tiffon est chaleureux et disponible en cas de besoin. Une maison tout confort composant un bon point de dĆ©part pour la route des vins et ou l'accĆØs aux plages. Piscine sauna jacuzzi sont un plus indĆ©niable. Quelque points dĆ©faillants dans la salle de bain mais logique en fin de saison et gĆ©rĆ©s avec le propriĆ©taire facilement. A refaire !
