Only a path through the dune grass separates you from the beach at this bright and comfortable condo, wonderfully located on the first floor of Grayland's Breakwater Inn. After a beautiful day spent fishing, crabbing, or collecting seashells, slide open your glass doors to feel the crisp, salty breeze on your face.

The Breakwater Inn is a peaceful property that seamlessly blends modern comfort with a sense of nostalgia for the coastal vacations of your youth. On the grounds, find grills, crab cookers, picnic tables, and firepits available for your use. Follow the path immediately west to meet a broad stretch of open beach, or head over to Grayland Beach State Park half a mile south. Explore the nearby town of Westport (seven miles), tour the International Mermaid Museum (13 miles), or hop on board a whale-watching or fishing charter.

Named for a famous schooner which wrecked on a sandbar in 1922 and is now on display at the Westport Maritime Museum, this condo is full of coastal atmosphere. Through your sliding glass doors, find a grassy area with a picnic table and views of the dune grass stretching down toward the ocean. Enjoy a game of Pickleball on the new court!

Enjoy all sorts of small comforts throughout the interior, including a compact but well-equipped kitchen (complete with a Keurig!), a dining table for home-cooked meals and after-dinner board games, and both a Roku TV and complimentary WiFi for your evening entertainment. In addition to the bedroom, there's a another bed in the living area where you can fall asleep in the warmth of the electric fireplace.

Things to Know
The hot tub is available to all guests at the property and is operating on a first come, first serve/available seats basis.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
