The master bedroom suite boasts a custom bathroom, ensuring the utmost comfort and luxury. Rustic knotty pine interiors throughout the retreat create a warm and inviting ambiance. To fully embrace the beauty of the surroundings, a riverside screen porch provides a peaceful spot to relax and take in the tranquil views.

This private retreat offers an excellent gravel bottom stream, perfect for fishing enthusiasts to indulge in their passion. The property includes furnishings and two kayaks, two canoes, and a trailer, allowing you to explore and enjoy the waterways at your leisure fully. Whether you prefer casting a line into the Holy Waters of the AuSable River or simply relaxing by the pond or creek, this fly fishing retreat offers a truly immersive and memorable experience.

​​​​​​​NOTE: Guests are allowed to park their trailers on the property and utilize the trails off-site. While they may keep the trailers in the driveway, it's essential to ensure they do not cause damage to the grass or lawn. The trailers are permitted for "Off-Site Use."
However, please note that dirt bikes, quads, four-wheelers, and all other ORV/ATV vehicles are strictly prohibited on the property grounds. In the event of a report or any damage identified, a fine of up to $500 will be assessed.
