Ok. Probably wouldn’t book again for the price, either go super budget or spend a bit more on a more updated property. Our room smelled like an ashtray to the point it bothered everyone in our party (including somebody who does smoke) and the AC we put on to try and circulate some air rattled/was super loud all night.

Room clean. All other areas need attention stains on carpets in hallways pool needed attention film on water. Breakfast not good or stocked garbages overfull had to ask for soap.windows in entrance needed cleaned elevator needed cleaned general appearance of entrance area looking tired. The staff were friendly.

Extremely sketch. The front desk guy was walking out to smoke when we were walking in and looked irritated that he had to put his cig away. The front lot had a bit of light, but I didn’t immediately see any available parking, so I asked if we could park in one of the 3 empty “preferred member” parking spots (was really late in the pm), was told no because they were expecting preferred members (ok sure). Checked in, got keys. Went to drive around the building to check for parking…I didn’t see ANY light back there, but we didn’t make it all the way around to the back because once we turned the corner, there was a group of 5-8 men standing in a circle in the dark beside the building. Immediately turned around to the front to find the front desk guy outside to ask where else we could park..but saw an empty spot on the far end. Got out to start unloading & deciding if we felt safe enough to sleep for a few hrs. Noticed front desk guy kept walking outside/around the corner multiple times…then while my niece was at the back of the car getting her bags, a guy came from the side of the building towards us, I push my daughter in the car and shut the door..the guy comes up and asks for money. We immediately put everything back in the car and drive to the front to return the keys (front desk guy was..you guessed it…M.I.A. Finally he walked from around building and took the keys). Found a safer hotel to stay at that night. Don’t do it to yourself.

Absolutely wonderful. The room was well cleaned and stocked. Such comfy beds. Breakfast was so wonderful and set up so nice. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the mascot 🐾 The gentleman that checked us in was so friendly. Definitely coming back❤️

No extra roll of toilet paper in room. Had to go ask for more. Ran out of tissues too. Their order had not arrived yet. Bathroom was very small. Overall room was small. Staff was friendly and kind. Beds were extremely comfortable.
