Bare bones hotel with the bones partially fractured. Was there 5 days, and the breakfast unavailable for two days. TV didn't work, but fix was on schedule of the desk clerk who was only person to fix the inoperable elevator. Meanwhile, the attached restaurant was an ongoing festival of Persian high-jinks that included a fashion show, teenage indifference and an overburdened staff. Restaurant bar? No way in the frenzy. Back in the room, took three days for my cat to chill, versus 2 hours at a Marriott the next day. I'm sure the Andrew has good intentions but lack of investment in the infrastructure and staffing makes it ungodly tired and just depressing.

Checked in my hotel on Aug 01 for a night stay with Family members, room are clean But no refrigerator, had to request during the check in time at thr front desk, my bigger nightmare is the room has a door that connect to next door room, and the big problems is during my stay a night for a sleep, it's was 2:45 am to 4:45 am, the next door room make a lots of noise and Constance in & out, and make me and my family sleepless . I had to make a complain to front desk in the morning during my check out. Next time make sure you check the room is connect door with and it's better off room with no connected door to next room, as for me I put 2 star because of the room is a total nightmare for me. SLEEPLESS !!

I loved the courtesy at Check in . The young lady named Maddy was amazing from the start of my stay all the way until the end . She was very polite , helpful , and knowledgeable of the hotel and the area . I will always stay at the Andrew hotel . However it could have been better if I had a microwave & refrigerator in my room . But other than that everything else was five star ! Keep up the good work Andrew & please keep Maddy as the face of the company , she represents the company in an impeccable way . Regards

Cute little boutique hotel. The girl at the front desk was super nice and helpful !!! The hotel could use some updating but was ok for the one night we needed for a wedding in the area. We were on the 4th floor no AC when you get off elevator, and the breakfast wasn’t great, options were very limited and room was extremely small. The restaurant Colbeh that is attached to the hotel was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! If I’m ever in the area will definitely stop back in for dinner.

This hotel used to be nice. This will be the last time we stay there. Asked repeatedly for linens and towels, including a mattress pad, never got one. Did not clean our room on a regular basis, front desk did not seem to care. The overall appearance of the hotel has greatly diminished. Will not stay again.

Our stay was good as the services we received was excellent. However the ac is annoying because it only blows towards us at night and we cannot change the direction. Without the ac it would be too hot to sleep. The shower drainage takes awhile to drain too. You get what you paid for. Overall, it wasn't too bad for the price.
