St Benets, is a luxurious thatched cottage with a large garden and countryside views situated just outside Ludham.  This popular Broadland village has a lovely church, good village shop, tea room and a pub and is close to other Broads villages such as Wroxham, Hoveton and Potter Heigham.  The area offers fishing, sailing, river trips and walks in a beautiful open landscape set under big Norfolk skies.  Also within easy reach are the safe, sandy beaches of the east coast and the cathedral city of Norwich with all its culture, shops, restaurants and entertainment is a half hour drive.

Beautiful thatched cottage with wonderful garden , views across to Hunters Yard, the broads and a rural setting. Perfectly situated between Wrexham and Potter Heigham.
