Nice place to stay
Great location, nice quiet area. Room was clean. Air conditioner does leak, but easily solved withe a towel placed underneath. Breakfast was really good. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Was in a good location. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Parking was a bit odd, but seemed safe. The room was in the pool area I wasn’t expecting this. The pool was very loud when we checked in but once they closed it down for the evening it was much better. Would stay here again.

A fire alarm went off at 6:00 am one morning for about 15 minutes due to a burnt pizza. Also, when we went to the continental breakfast at 9:00 there was not much food left even though it was open until 10:00. The response we received was that there was a big group and she was the only staff doing the breakfast. Perhaps another employee could help? No remedy was provided. We will not stay there again.

Good Value
The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Despite being a bit of an older hotel, the place was clean and had great amenities for the price (like a large pool area and free hot breakfast).

The staff seemed totally unengaged with their jobs. From check in to breakfast where we were having an equipment issue and every staff member told us it wasn’t their job to check out. Not unfriendly. Simply unengaged. The very worst though were the beds. Both of us woke up with horrible back and shoulder pain. We actually may have been better off sleeping on the floor. Perks were the pool was nice and there was a waffle machine at breakfast!
