Gem on a stretch of highway with little available
Such a nice gem on a stretch of highway where little is available. We'd stayed here on a road trip and were very pleasantly surprised by the the value and overall quality of this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Interior very clean and inviting. When we arrived at 5:00 pm to check there was a back up at the registration counter. The gentleman was working hard but was overwhelmed. Maybe this was a one off occurrence but frustrating. Later in the evening when I needed help logging on to the reception area computer the gentleman behind the desk said he had no real knowledge of how to help. This was a different man then the above. These two situations make me wonder about the training being to your staff. Hopefully on our next stop better results will occur.
