Be careful when you book here!!
I booked a handicapped accessible room with a king bed and a sleeper sofa for my husband with brain cancer and myself for the funeral of my uncle. When we arrived, I was told that because I requested a walk-in accesible shower that it didn't come with the pullout sleeper sofa. But, the pictures showed and stated that was what I was reserving as we don't share a bed at home. We did not sleep at all. The air conditioner made this whistle noise as well. The shower seat was orange on the underside which means it was being cleaned. The bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are positioned on the wall behind yhe person sitting and cannot be reached. I had to wash him. The shower curtain was hung too high letting water onto the bathroom floor making a slipping hazard for the handicapped person or anyone who isn't aware of it. There was no fan to remove humidity for shaving in the mirror. The front desk ladies did not smile offer apologies, nothing! I worked in this industry and I am ashamed that consumers have this kind of non emotion welcome when checking in or put of this location. It reminds me of robots. We paid WAY TOO MUCH FOR THIS and no compensation!! IT WON'T LET ME UPLOAD PICTURES!! UGH! Room 100.

I was very impressed with this Courtyard. The lobby area was extremely well designed and spacious. It opened into their Bistro including a nice bar, multiple tables, and 3 cozy booths. Out the back door was a huge covered seating area with stuffed chairs as well as table & chair combinations for sharing a cocktail or a snack. My room was large,and furnished with a large loveseat as well as the bed and desk. I was very happy and highly recommend

Haunted room
1st off the photo would ring 1 time randomly but nobody was on the line. Then would beep every once in awhile. In the morning the fire alarm went off in our room only. We do not smoke and nothing was going on in the room. No hair dryer in the room for my wife.
