Great Greenville getaway
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristinely clean. Enjoyed time in fitness center and pool. Wish i could have enjoyed the delicious breakfast!

This was a beautiful stay. The building and room was very clean. The staff was very nice and professional. The only thing I didn't like was that Expedia didn't make me aware of the $100 incidental fee I was charged at the property even though I pre paid for my room. They need to put that information on the booking page so there is no surprises.

Service was not great at all. The 1st staff member I Encountered upon check in was less than helpful and rather rude. We arrived on a saturday evening and apparently they do not do housekeeping services on sunday. We went out for most of the day on Monday to come back to still have housekeeping done. The knocked at 3pm and asked what we needed in terms of supplies and didnā€™t offer to take our dirty towrls that piled up for 2 days and i also forgot to give them. The hotel is very clean, has lots of room to hang out inside and outside and the breakfast is huge and had so many choices.
