I was never able to get my room to cool off which made sleep difficult for me. I was told that the system they had was old and that it was either cool or hot air for everyone and the only way to try to cool down was to turn the system off in my room. Made for some sleepless nights.

Great pet-friendly stay. Comfortable and nice amenities. Only issue was that our non-smoking room had an aroma of smoke throughout our stay.

Hurricane Helene damaged properties. Communities were and are still displaced; however, Embassy Suites Greenville welcomed us with open armsā€”true Southern Hospitality at its BEST. Being greeted with smiles after a long day of clean-up made the aches and pains hurt a little less. Embassy Suites Greenville created a 'togetherness' feeling during a time when so many of us felt alone and broken. They reminded us and showed us that 'we are in this together'. We all have our stories and were brought together to realize that our stories were also the stories of others. We are not alone!!! Thank you Embassy Suites Greenville for providing a home away from home for us and our pets!

Everything was great except breakfast. We got there about 845 (it closes at 930), and i got cold eggs, cold bacon, and cold sausage... And they dont offer waffles! But I'll say again, everything else was great.
