This property was very close to a very good mall called the Haywood mall. There were many restaurants around this property as well. It was a good and easily accessible distance from the interstate. What I did not like about the hotel was that they did not clearly inform the customer that they did not have room service to clean up your room on Friday Saturdays and sundays. That will change how I conduct myself when I know that information up front. They did not tell us that up front. Instead, they said it was in the welcome letter that they casually hand you when you first check in. This was a deal-breaker for this location.

Everything was very good except the.couch in our room was very uncomfortable. It had a broken spring in one end and made it very uncomfortable.

Nice room but with issues: toilet seat bangs loudly when opening or closing it; no fan in bathroom; air conditioning cooled only the living room, the bedroom was very warm
