Near ECU
The first-floor condo is tucked in the back of a quiet complex. The location is very convenient to ECU. Spacious and clean. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, and the washer and dryer is new. The owner was accommodating when we needed a late checkout and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Condo was very clean. Mark, the property owner, promptly responded to my questions and was very accommodating letting us in a bit earlier than check in time as we had an event to close to check in time. The living room furniture wasn’t comfortable but the beds were! I would recommend this property.

Very Nice Visit to NC
We traveled to NC to watch my grandson’s 2 day long baseball tournament and this home was perfect for our stay. We were able to bring our dog which was a bonus! The home was spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. VERY close to lots of shopping and ECU! The owner was very responsive! I highly recommend this place!

Great family weekend
My family really enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Location was super convenient to ECU where my bonus sons' high school graduation was held. Great communication with the host and the neighborhood was really nice. Overall, it was wonderful experience.
