We had a room on the fourth floor and the room was very nice but because I had to check out of the hotel before 6:00 the next morning I was awake all night because they decided to shampoo the carpet in the hallway outside of my room and the noise didn’t stop until 4:36 a.m. in the morning…. I was really impressed with the staff. The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and got us into our room efficiently and quickly. The young lady that got us the beds, bedding and towels was so friendly and easy to talk to. overall it was an A experience

I called in advance to request a medical fridge. They promised that one would be provided. I asked again at checkout, and they again promised one to the room. I showed up to the room, and there was no fridge. I spoke to them yet again, and they said that there were only 6 on site and all were in use. They provided no other solution and did not seem to care that they lied multiple times. There was also a substantial water leak in the bathroom, which maintenance did repair. However, overall, it was not a good experience.

Nice bed but needs work.
The bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels. Had two rooms and the one thing that drove us to reserve did not work at all the jacuzzi tubs. One of them only one side of it worked and the other didn't work at all.

Was surprisingly quiet. Pillows were a bit lumpy but all in all was a very nice room. Food service was adequate. I have had much better food at other casino hotels. The only thing was there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms. For folks who have to have specialty diets, this can cause a problem.

We stopped on our way home from a two week road trip. This was our last stop. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom tile and grout really need to be cleaned. Quiet floors. The casino was fun but didn’t win anything. All in all we would come back if in the area again.
