The hotel was an older hotel. The rooms are what you would expect with an older hotel. The bathroom had a urine smell and the shower wasnā€™t that clean. You could hear people in the halls and jn the bathroom above or beside you while in the room.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept but not capable of accommodating customers if anything out of there control occurs. My partner and I were booked to stay during Hurricane Helene. Upon our arrival there was electricity but of course after a few hours they're was no water, electricity, food nothing. I understood it was not in there control but there was no generator and no plans if a disaster happened, we were left to basically fend for ourselves. We checked out early and found other accommodations but when asked about any type of compensation i was told it wasn't there fault a hurricane happened and nothing will be done as if i brought the hurricane with me. I have nothing against the hotel i think it's clean and beautiful i just feel they need to take a look at there policy and make changes to accommodate there guest.

Was not able to stay. The hotel didnā€™t have power. Not the property fault. Hotels.com told all was good but once we got there the staff was friendly and supportive We didnā€™t stay. Wish Hotel.com would have told us. We scrambled but was able to find another hotel.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express Greenville made our stay exceptional. From the front desk, the awesome breakfast bar attendants, to the housekeeping - everyone had a smile, and kind conversation, and positive attitude that made us feel at home. On top of that, the hotel was quiet and extra clean. This is a must stay if you're in the Greenville area.
