Great location. Very comfortable bed. Great view. I’m not a fan of white LED lightbulbs so I did not use any of the lamps. I really wish hotels would go back to warm, comfortable lighting. If you wanna watch a movie at night, the TV does not at all face the bed so we had to awkwardly move the piece of furniture it was on. Otherwise, everything was great. Air-conditioning very cold but very loud. Use earplugs if this is an issue. It is not central heat and air, but a wall unit. Parking is $18 a night. Good hot breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The front desk staff were nice, and the breakfast attendants were exceptional. Breakfast service was far better than average. We would stay again.

Disgustingly dirty hotel
This was to be our 4th stay at this hotel and we were excited to visit again, however, it was a disaster! We arrived late in the evening, and when we checked in we found the room we were assigned to had the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen. I went back to the check in and requested another room. We were moved to a different room, which was equally as filthy. The carpet had a huge stain right next to the bed. The fridge hadn't been cleaned and the surfaces were dirty. All in all, the room was completely nasty. Not only that, the A/C was super loud. We requested yet another room, but they didn't have anything available, so we found another hotel. It was incredibly disappointing. In the past, it has been reasonably clean - not perfect, but okay. This time, it was disgusting and the fact that they were happy to put a guest in either of the rooms shocked me. They need better housekeeping and quality control! We were booked to return in December, but after this experience I switched to another hotel. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. Worst hotel experience we have had in a really long time!

The property is in a great location and a short walk to our customers facility. Love the downtown core of Greensville. The only downside with my room is the bathroom tap water flow was very poor and the sink plugged up quickly. Needs some TLC. Very nice facility and awesome staff. Everyone says hello.
