Bring your boat and trailer to take advantage of the ample parking available! Sip morning coffee on the covered porch, which features peekaboo views of Moosehead Lake! The open-concept floor plan presents multiple smart TVs, a full kitchen, a smart TV in every bedroom, and a loft with a queen futon.

In the evening, gather for conversation around the firepit. This dog-friendly rental offers a yard and dog beds. A large mudroom is ideal for storing winter gear and is fitted with a private washer and dryer. With a wonderful locale in the north woods, enjoy great access to a plethora of ATV and walking trails, with snowmobile trail access directly across from the home.

Great Family stay
One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood and street. Able to walk dogs every morning without a lot of traffic. Very nice neighbors. Nice location to downtown, but wish it was on the water. VERY pet friendly and Fantastic back room for pets including very large crate and numerous large dog beds that are little dogs just loved. The steps up stair are a little steep so you have to hold that railing and watch your head. The bathroom was very clean. The shower curtain should be about 2-3 inches higher so it can dry better and would not get the floor so wet. Small amount of mildew around the bottom of the shower should be addressed. The only issue we had was there was a washout during an storm before we got there that left rather large ruts in the drive way. My wife sprained her ankle on one and because you had to stat to the right leaving the driveway, my trailer bottomed out over the drainage ditch on the right and broke my tail light off. There is a marker on the left of the driveway, but not the right. The ruts should be fixed and the VERY deep drainage ditch needs to be marked on BOTH

This home was very clean and had lots of amenities - super comfy beds, a tv in each of the 3 bedrooms, dishwasher, laundry facilities, very large parking area. Super close to down town Greenville and the boat launch/Kelly's landing. Highly recommend!

Weekend Away
The property provided a serene and tranquil weekend getaway for us, located on a quiet side street west of downtown Greenville Junction. It is very close to the town boat launch and Currier's Sea Plane Tours, both of which we used during our stay! Very convenient to the local grocery store, restaurants/bars, as well as trading posts and outfitters. The house features a large parking area behind the house accessible by drives on each side of the house, which made pulling through and parking our boat trailer incredibly easy! It would be equally simple with 1 or 2 snowmobile trailers with plenty of room for a couple cars at the same time. The house was well appointed with wi-fi, comfortable furnishings and beds, and smart tvs in all the rooms. The kitchen has everything you could want except a drip coffee maker, but the Keurig is there ready to go (Bring your own K-cups). The porch is great for sipping morning coffee or sunset beer!

We rented the Grouse House for a getaway among 2 families. The property was big enough for 8 of us and had everything we needed. It was very clean and nicely decorated. A nice large mud room perfect for storing & removal of snow gear. We would definitely stay here again!
