Booked this place by accident by rushing so itā€™s my fault but didnā€™t get much sleep at all. The lady at the front desk act as if itā€™s my fault she had to work..This is a definitely only good enough for one night hotel. The bathroom small and the shower walls have stains. There was a party in the room next to me and the guys were standing out playing loud music and smoking. I wouldnā€™t book this place and honestly donā€™t recommend this hotel for a family stayā€¦

I had a rough exit from home with a terribly angry four year old saboteur burning my wallet in the fire to prevent my departure. Long story short- your clerk was extremely professional, empathetic and helpful. My meetings were extended a day so Iā€™ll be staying one more night. And the breakfast is awesome - with grits biscuits and gravy!

We stayed here 2 nights as the location was convenient to the Bon Secour Wellness Arena and downtown. The room was adequate to sleep, clean and secure. The bed was very comfortable. However this Quality Inn & Suites reminded me of a Motel 6. There were obvious signs of age and upgrades needed, such as the shower curtain rod needs tightening. The shower faucet should be easier to work as we needed the staff to show us how. It was not a simple turn to the left or right. The bathroom door knob didn't snap closed without help. The ice machine, I'd never use. Lastly, why no doors to the sink area?
