The AC unit sounded like a washing machine off balance. The shower floor was dirty, and there was mold and pink slime along edges of shower. The desk chair was covered with crumbs from previous customers. Bed was comfortable, and room was spacious.

Booked for our 22nd Anniversary. Both of the front desk staff, restaurant/bar manager, and housekeeping provide great customer service. Food and drink at tea restaurant was good. The King suite room was clean, but it wad weird that there was no vent for air condition in the setting area. We loved this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
