3-room suite in Modern Farmhouse style, private bath, kitchenette, great views. You'll have the whole apartment/suite to yourself with a private entrance. Free WiFi, snacks and drinks. *see note* We are mainly designed to host up to 3 guests luxuriously, but have an additional sleeping space to host four. King bed in large main bedroom with a sitting area, Roku/TV/DVD player. Large 2nd room with kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, micro, and Keurig), dining area and a small, twin size futon. A 3rd room (small bedroom) with a twin-sized bed. Privacy for each room. Key code entry. Access to relaxing back deck overlooking pond. Very close to I-20; 20 mins to downtown Shreveport attractions, 15 mins to State Fairgrounds and Independence Stadium. 30 mins to Marshall, TX and 45 mins to Jefferson, TX. Feels like a quiet, relaxing stay in the country, but still conveniently close to what you came to see!

We are a completely smoke-free property...not only in our guest suite, but anywhere on our property. We do not allow parties of any kind and don't accept reservations with children. There are outside security cameras on the property, viewing the parking area and the exterior of the guest suite. Celebrating Anniversary and Birthday
Easy to find location. Beautiful farm setting in a very peaceful and quiet area. Very clean, lots of natural light, views of the farm and pond. All amenities are top notch and very comfortable. Loved the soft comfy robes and the bed is perfectly firm and soft. Lots of different sizes and firmness levels of pillows on the bed. The setup of each room was just like home. The TV area has great chairs and hassocks, so comfy and easy to watch TV. There are DVDs, a few games and a gift shop all in the TV nook. Along with other items to make your stay even better . Great hot water in the shower and really soft towels. Nice kitchen dining room with lots of light, a Keurig, mini fridge and microwave. We spent three nights and used most of our day time to explore Shreveport. This property is perfect for this kind of time away. Our hosts were very responsive to let us know about lights for the outside after dark, if we needed anything to ask and that the grounds were open for us to explore. I need to mention the homemade cinnamon rolls. Hands down the best we have had. Do warm them and enjoy.

One of the best experiences, I’ve had in a long time. The bed and sheets heaven. The house came equipped with everything you needed for a quick getaway and a few extra! The pier over looking the bayou was the icing on the cake. Hoping to book again soon.

Amazing Stress Free Getaway
My wife and I were in Shreveport for a wedding and we found this lovely spot. It was close enough to the interstate that you could get anywhere in the city in a timely manner but was secluded. The host was amazing and had everything we need for a comfortable stay.

A lovely experience! Spotlessly clean and comfortable, quiet yet close to civilization. Owner met us at the driveway, carried 3 heavy suitcases upstairs to apartment unit, and offered a suggestion for dinner. We were thrilled with complimentary soft drinks, bottled water, and iced cinnamon rolls. Enjoyed the water view from nearby deck. Even had to laugh the next morning when cows in a nearby pasture greeted us and a very proud rooster greeted the day. BTW, we were happy with our dinner meal at Jan's River Restaurant. Quantity and quality.

Red River Tournament
A buddy and I came into town to fish the Bassmaster Open on the Red River. This property was clean, quiet, and out of the way. We felt that our equipment was always safe. If we come to town for another tournament we would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous!
What a nice place to get away right out of the city but feels like you’re out in the country! Owner is super nice and accommodating. Such a nice vibe as soon as you pull in the long driveway surrounded by trees on either side. Very nice view of the small lake from the room. Loved the cinnamon rolls, coffee and definitely had the popcorn for a late night snack. Highly recommend this place if you’re coming from out of town or if you live in the Shreveport/Bossier area to just get away. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too hot to really enjoy
Don't get me wrong the place is beautiful. The room spacious, but when we got there it was like 75⁰ in the room. It got as high as 78⁰ the A/C finally caught up and got down to 72⁰ hours later. The owner was gracious and brought us a fan that helped but we like to be comfortable when paying for a room. We also had trouble with the TV staying connected to wifi. We had such high hopes for the place. We couldn't enjoy the trails or kayak knowing we couldn't cool off after. The instructions want you to move thermostat back to 75⁰ when you leave. This almost ensures a hot room when you go in especially in August.
