Great location
Great location and the view of the meadow was so beautiful, we saw elk nightly. Downfall was when guests rented the upstairs location it was beyond loud for us down below. We could actually hear their conversations clearly.

Greer trip
Overall, enjoyed our stay in Greer and this cabin has everything we were needing. We rented the bottom space in this cabin and they're not lying when mentioning that you hear a lot from the upstairs unit if they're are people renting that. All of the exterior photos in this post make the rental seem more secluded than it is and they are all of the spaces with the top unit; they did not include the old truck and waste water fenced area that we got to look at while enjoying the meadow view from the downstairs unit.

Small town charm
Property was nice location and we didn’t have people staying above us so no noise - some weeds outside and cobwebs seemed a little uncared for on the grounds - meadow of beautiful elk with a bugling male was really fun for two of our days. The biggest issue we had with the comfort of the home was that the living room furniture consisted of two daybeds instead of couches and they were not comfortable at all for sitting on. Coffee cart and coffee shop in town was closed during our stay. Location was really convenient next to the cute gift store there and across street from main dinner place. We loved the Thompson Creek Trail hike which was a bit of a drive and Government Springs trail was pretty too but really rocky and unsteady ground. Overall beautiful quaint little town - plan for lots of quiet time and time in nature - put your phone down and enjoy the scenery and the people you are with!

Nice spot in the heart of Greer
Enjoyed staying in this location for the great Little Colorado meadow view and ability to see wildlife out the back door. Biked the West Fork to East Fork trail out of Greer, recommend an eMTB for that, as 16 miles and 2000ft of elevation gain. Hiked East Baldy to highest point. Biked around Squirrel Spring big loop. I enjoyed the weather and ability to walk to Molly's and also enjoyed Lost Resorts Barn Bar.

Fishing get away
This property was exactly as described. Communication was quick and responsive. It was perfect for what we needed! Bonus was a large herd of elk in the meadow which we had a perfect view! Beautiful surroundings and the most friendly people there!! We had a fabulous dinner at Molly Bulters just a short walk away! Highly recommend this place!

Wildflower bungalow
Great location: beautiful meadow view where we saw a mama elk with 2 babies and the cabin is within walking distance of 3 restaurants. The cabin was clean and well equipped. There was a lot of clomping from the unit above but we still enjoyed our week and we were forewarned by the host.

Greer vacation
The wildflower bungalow was great. It was the perfect size for our family. The space was comfortable and clean. The upstairs guests do make stomping noises that can be heard through the ceilings but otherwise it was great. We needed to purchase #4 cone coffee filters and toilet paper.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. Numerous Elk and Deer sightings while sitting on the porch. The rooms were all very comfortable and parking was easy. We walked around Greer and found that nearly everything was within easy walking distance.

Peaceful surroundings
We (2 adults, 3 kids) enjoyed our stay over Spring Break. The 2B, 1BA bungalow was clean, comfortable, warm; and the interior photos matched the listing photos. The cabin is conveniently located on Main St. within walking distance of Molly Butler’s, The Rendevouz, a small play structure and the library. There is a large field behind the property for kids to run. We saw around 50 elk grazing in the field one morning. We rented the bottom floor 2Bed “Bungalow” which was not clear from the listing. Because of the listing photos and the description I thought that we were renting the main floor, so I did feel that it was a bit of a bait and switch. That being said, I have no complaints about the space that we rented, only that I would have appreciated clear expectations. The host was a good communicator via email, and answered any questions that I had promptly. Overall I would recommend this rental for its location, beautiful view, and spacious surroundings.

We loved staying in this basement bungalow
Although it is a basement cabin, it does not feel like it. We loved the view of the meadows all around and the mountains and trees in the distance. We even walked down to the rive about 5-10 minute walk from the cabin. We saw and heard elk pretty much every day which was a treat. The only complaint I would give is that they need to add more chairs onto their dining table as it only sits 3 people now. We had to bring in chairs from the outside to eat together as a family. Also, even though it sleeps 6, actually 7 if you pull out another hidden bed in the family room, they don't stock the cabin for 6. We would absolutely stay here again. We are already thinking about renting it again in the winter months for a ski trip.
