Needs decorating and repairing
The property is in need of care and attention.
Good
Upstairs 3 bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
Enclosed garden was useful for children and dog.
Showers were fine.
Bad
Downstairs bedroom smelt damp, especially inside the wardrobe, and there were watermarks on the wall.
Garden and decking were uncared for. The grass had been cut but there were many large weeds and green slime on the decking.
Lack of kitchen equipment for cooking meals, eg only pans with no lids were provided.
Old, used bars of soap were left for us in the shower room.
Doors on bedrooms upstairs and downstairs were swollen and would not shut.
Half painted wall in lounge after flood damage.
