Good access to Hagley Park just down the road.

Good central location. Automated check in was a bit painful and noise from what I guess is an apartment above the 4th floor was annoying both ends of the day.

This hotel is a great place to stay, as it is conveniently located close to the city center, with trams right downstairs. However, one downside is that the tram can be quite noisy, and the main strip tends to get crowded with pubs and clubs. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend looking for accommodation elsewhere, as the walls are thin, and I could hear the noise from neighboring rooms.

Lovely man running the motel. Walls a bit thin could hear a lot of noise from next door early in morning and getting late at night.
