Etwas in Jahre gekommen
Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach toll genauso wie die Aussicht. Die Wohnung liegt nicht wie beschrieben im zweiten, sondern im dritten Stock. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Es wäre jedoch an der Zeit, dass eine Grundrenovierung durchgeführt werde müsste. Alles ist doch in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage der Wohnung kann besser nicht sein. Tolles Panorama
Die Wohnung könnte insgesamt in einem besseren Zustand sein. Das Bad könnte eine Generalüberholung gebrauchen. Badewanne mit Vorhang ist veraltet . Auch das gesamte Haus in dieser bevorzugten Lage könnte einen neuen Anstrich benötigen.

Super belle vacances au bord du mer
Appartement situé parfait directement à la plage, et ca10 min à pied au centre du Port Grimaud et port pour prendre la navette à St Tropez. Très jolie appartement, bien équipé (aussi Wifi bien marché) avec patio et vue sur la mer. Propriétaire très aimable et à l écoute des tous questions et donné beaucoup des infos. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Merci!

Appartement très bien placé avec une vue magnifique et un accès plage au pied de l’immeuble. L’accueil par les propriétaires est très chaleureux! Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille dans un endroit magnifique.

Super Lage toller Winterurlaub
Die Wohnung ist auch für Winterurlauber, die ruhige Tage in einer warmen Wohnung mit Superaussicht geniessen möchten. Schöner Strand mit viel interessantem Schwemmholz liegt gleich hinter dem Haus. Für Kinder sehr geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Das Altjahresbad am Strand von Sainte Maxime ist lustig und wird mit einem Diplom belohnt. Das Silvesterfeuerwerk von Saint Tropez ist von der Wohnung aus zu sehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement tout équipé avec une vue fantastique sur la plage ! Nous avons également été très bien accueillis. Le bémol que je noterais, ce sont les frais de ménage qui me semblent élevés par rapport à la prestation.
