In the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez in Grimaud, villa 180 m² ideally located between Saint Tropez and Grimaud

This single-storey villa, facing south, not overlooked on a landscaped garden offers you a beautiful privacy

It is located in a very quiet residential area behind the forest while being 3 minutes from the beaches and Port grimaud

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and is composed of a TV lounge, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms + 2 toilets as well as air conditioning in each room.

The secure and fully fenced villa opens onto a large terrace and a large secure swimming pool with 2 alarms for young children.

It is well adapted to babies and young children ( Baby equipment possible on request : Baby cot, high chairs, children's toys and board games).

An outdoor barbecue is also available.

At your disposal: washing dryer, wifi internet, bed linen, towels and pool towels

Stunning and spectacular!
We rented this beautiful villa for 12 days in July 2018 for our wedding. We had 5 of our favorite couples join us for the celebration. The grounds were incredible for the wedding and we had it at sunset. This house made us feel very private and special. The pool and out door area was great for entertaining and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Very spacious! Evening dinners out side were romantic and cozy. The bedrooms and private bathrooms were unique and needed! We appreciated the privacy and scenery. House is close to St. Tropez, wineries and beaches. Need a car for sure but there is a cute mini grocery store down the road that is walking distance. It has fresh bread, some produce and all other necessities. But the large grocery store is a 10 minute drive from the house and that has everything!! This is a great centrally located house for endless activities. I strongly recommend this place for families, friend get aways or even a wedding!! Thank you so much!!

Nous y avons séjourné à 10 pendant 15 jours (4 adultes, 5 ados et 1 enfant). Les 330 m2 de la maison permettent à chacun de trouver sa tranquillité et les chambres avec chacune leur SDB et wc ont été très appréciées !!! Les proprios sont adorables et sont disponibles à tout moment si besoin. Le coin piscine / salon d’été est top, on y a passé toutes nos soirées. Bref, on a ADORÉ 🥰 ! Merci !!!!

De l’espace pour une grande tribue
Grande maison et grande piscine pour un séjour agréable pour une grande tribue. L’espace ne manque pas et Delphine la propriétaire est agréable. Annonce conforme à la description en ligne sauf pour une clim cassée dans une chambre (ce qui a rendu les nuits de l’un des couples moins agréables) et un départ de la maison demandé à 9:00 (plutôt que 10h en ligne), un peu plus compliqué avec beaucoup d’enfants.

Perfect house for a family
This house is perfect for a family with kids. The owners are very nice and service minded. Towels etc was very generous and the air condition works perfect troughout the house. High standard over all especially in the kitchen. We didnt miss anything. The area is quiet and private but still very close to both saint tropez and saint maxime. We recommend to have a rental car.

Nous avons passé 15 jours super à 3 familles avec enfants, 11 au total. La maison a un superbe extérieur : la piscine avait la taille idéale, un salon extérieur des plus agréables et un joli jardin. La maison nous a permis d être un peu chacun chez soi puisque chaque chambre avait une salle de bain. Je recommande !
