Welcome to my beautiful house of 135 m² on three floors, fully renovated in 2018 and tastefully decorated and ideally located in the heart of the village of Grimaud. The house is ideally located 7kms from Saint-Tropez and only 4kms from the port Grimaud and the beaches. The first floor includes a beautiful living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, upstairs 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom (200) with its bathroom, dressing room, 2 toilets, you also have 2 beautiful terraces, one with an incredible view of the castle of Grimaud, on the top floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (160) and the other with 2 twin beds, 2 other bathrooms, you can also enjoy at any time the patio with trees. In addition, the accommodation has a motorcycle garage and a closed garage. You will be able to make very beautiful strolls Indeed, around the village, several courses are offered to you. Some make you walk in the plain, in the middle of vineyards, fields and natural spaces. The others, such as for example that of the Fairy Bridge, will take you to another atmosphere, on the riverside, in protected areas. In all cases, take advantage of the magnificent views of the village and its perched castle. Finally, a footpath connects the medieval village with the lakeside town of Port-Grimaud, an unusual opportunity to approach these places.

Active all year round, the town counts many animations, cultural, traditional and sports events, high level concerts... and of course a dynamic commercial and associative fabric (shops, restaurants, accommodations...). It is made up of an assembly of districts and hamlets, overhung to the north by their old medieval village. Surrounded by the first foothills of the Massif des Maures and its forests of oak and chestnut trees, it dominates the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.  You will find yourself near a bakery as well as a mini-market.  To be visited:  - The Castle of Grimaud. - The Gulf of Saint-Tropez. - Discover the vineyards of Val de Gilly, clos Servien, La Tourré, Pré Saint Michel... - The Museum of the Gendarmerie & Cinema Saint-Tropez.
