Welcome to Hill Crest House, located on the Coast Road between Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds in the sleepy village of North Cotes. Sleeps 8, 2 double bedrooms-both en-suite-2 twin bedrooms, private heated indoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, games room with pool table, pinball machines, 2 arcade machines and games console, living room with log burner, conservatory, large garden with lots of different sitting out areas, lovely rural location.
The space
Large 4 bedroom detached house with private indoor heated swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of you and your guests and has a changing room and toilet.
Stunning games room, separate living room, dining room and conservatory.
Please note the pool area is closed during the months of November/December/January and February.

We had a super holiday staying at Hill Crest House. The house is large and spacious and was ideal for us 6 adults and two children.It does have very creeky floorboards upstairs though - which can be a little irritating when others come up to bed or need the bath room at night. The swimming pool and games room really made this holiday extra special and we used these daily.The house was well equipped and we made some super meals. We couldn't find any egg cups so that may be worth adding to the kitchen The host was always very prompt with replying to any messages (we had issues with one of the showers and a maintenance person was sent straight out to fix this) Overall a super place to stay - highly recommend
