Loved this property! The food and drinks actually exceeded my expectations for an all inclusive property… staff was friendly, Hunter steakhouse and Zen restaurant chefs kiss! The only issue we had was upon arrival room was not ready and we got 2 queen beds instead of a king… but everything else was amazing!

The food here is worth choir singing praises. Every meal was savory and mouthwateringly delicious. The beachside food truck had a jerk chicken special that had me under a towel eating during a quick rainfall, could not put it down. The rooms were nice offering great views. The path to Pigeon Island was amazing. The beach staff waiters and photographers were friendly and engaging. Obtaining transportation into town was seamless with arranged escorted roundtrip service. The excursions offered were epic as well.

There was an ant infestation in my room. I prepaid for packages only to be told that I didn't pay for them even though I produced a receipt. Check out was confusing because there were also people checking in and there was no clear direction. Otherwise, the cabana and the culinary experience were very nice. The food was delicious.

The stay was good. However the room we stayed in wasn’t as we expected. I’m assuming because it was booked through Expedia they gave us a crap room. I didn’t expect that to be the case but it was. They gave us an old room with some outdated equipment.

I had a horrible experience at this resort. I checked in on Saturday. Sunday I had my 2 teenage nieces check into my room. Upon there arrival security guard Chris was very rude, disrespectful and very aggressive to these young ladies. He shouted at them and threatened to remove them from the hotel which made them very uncomfortable. Sunday evening I called several times for towels and they were never delivered. Monday afternoon I went to the front desk asking for towels again and was told house keeping would bring it up. Waited for over an hour and called numerous times and was told by house keeping that they had ran out of towels. How is this possible??? I went to the front desk to make a complaint at which time I stood there for over 40 mins waiting for acknowledgement and assistance. Rawle was very rude and told me he would contact a manager but never did and a manager never showed up. Eventually another guest employee notified me that he would get them delivered to my room. My 2 neices checked out on Tuesday. On Wednesday I went to the front desk to check out for my departure and I was told I have a balance of $400 from adding my nieces to my room. I told cathyanne that I was already charged $209 each for the addl person added to my room. Sephora and cathyanne couldn’t explain to me what the balance was for but said Rawle made an error while booking in my nieces. I advised them that wasn’t my fault but the hotels fault for the error. They held me hostage

The multiple food options are nice. The staff wasn’t very nice! The hotel was spacious but the room wasn’t actually an ocean front room as marketed on Expedia.

The property was nice, cleanly and safe. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. The onsite activities were also fun. The resort is an extremely quiet one and might not be a place you would consider if you are looking to have a great time with friends. The music at all of the pool areas was very low and would be a great time for much older adults who are looking for a turned down relaxed vibe to read. If you are younger and decide to stay at this property bring your own speaker, music and portable chargers. Enjoy!

I liked that the property was clean, I didn’t like the fact that we had to be seated for a buffet, they gave me a hard time with dress code to eat a burger, the sushi place you need reservations, and at night they place like a sound machine of insects singing, over all it was a average stay.
