Fisherman's Cove Retreat - Game Room Included! by Yosemite Region Resorts

Located across from Fisherman’s Cove and only about 25 miles from the

entrance to Yosemite National Park, Fisherman’s Cove Retreat offers a spacious

and comfortable stay in Pine Mountain Lake. This five-bedroom, three-bathroom

home is ideal for families and groups, providing a blend of relaxation and

adventure in a scenic gated community.



The home features central heating and air conditioning, with a propane

fireplace for cozy evenings. Ceiling and portable fans provide additional

comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, range/oven,

dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. A washer,

dryer, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also available for guest use.



For entertainment, guests can enjoy Ping Pong, Foosball, books, board games,

and Corn Hole. A gas BBQ is provided, though propane is not included. Guests

may order propane prior to arrival or purchase/exchange from the local market.



The home accommodates up to 12 guests in beds, with a maximum occupancy of 14,

including children and infants of any age. The living room couch converts into

a queen-size sofa bed.



Parking is available for up to five vehicles in the driveway. The garage is

not available for guest use.



Fisherman’s Cove is a designated water taxi stop during the summer months,

providing easy access to all of Pine Mountain Lake’s beaches.



No pets or animals are permitted, with no exceptions.



Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Guests

must bring their own beach towels.



Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.



The property has both interior and exterior stairways.



This home is located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake, which

requires an access permit for each vehicle. The Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges

a one-time fee of $50 per vehicle for entry. This fee is non-refundable and

goes directly to the HOA. For stays of eight or more nights, additional fees

may apply per PMLA regulations.



Yosemite Region Resorts is not affiliated with Pine Mountain Lake, Yosemite

National Park, or any local venues.

**Please note the following house rules for your stay:**



1\. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age

including

infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy

number includes children & infants.



2\. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are

under the age of 25

please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to

confirm

occupant age.



3\. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS

ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA currently charges $46 per vehicle (one

time

fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes

to PML

HOA. Please note this price is subject to change without notice. Access

permits are

non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

Yosemite Region Resorts has no control over this fee and is not affiliated

with Pine

Mountain Lake or any local venues. All information is subject to change at any

time.

4\. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of

any kind on

Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake

Don

Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And

remember,

you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main

Marina

Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.



5\. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport,

18-hole

championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis

courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on

the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an

expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches,

snack

shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches

are open

during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.



6\. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate

special

moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not

included in the

departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping

must clean

any celebration debris.



7\. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the

Temporary

Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane.

You can

purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also

not

provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change

without notice).



8\. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking,

firearms and

fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.



9\. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with

Yosemite

Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and

non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must

be

crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left

by their pet.

Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at

all

times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets

do incur

an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
