High Meadows Cottage on 16 Acres property, No Pet Fee

High Meadows Cottage is a peaceful retreat, private 450 square foot studio style cottage set back from the road and surrounded by majestic pine trees.
1 Queen size bed
1 Queen size sofa bed (pull out couch).

Walk out from the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of private property including a private stocked fishing pond ready for you to fish or just enjoy the view. This cottage is one of the 3 cottages that we have in this property. Just minutes from a super Kroger, Walmart, Applebee’s, Longhorn steakhouse, Diablo, Alde’s, Fiveguys and many other restaurants.
Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, plus complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.

We strictly adhere to our cancelation policy. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance.

We do have a private fishing pond on the property for our guests only. The pond is stocked with bass and bream. But Recently the water has gotten muddy due to rain and construction in the neighboring property. We are waiting for it to settle again and clear. Guests may bring fishing poles and enjoy fishing, but we cannot guarantee that guests will catch fish. Many wild deer are visiting our 16 acre property in the evenings and early mornings. They graze on the Many Deer are visiting this property during the day. They come and go as they wish. They graze in the pastures and drink from the pond . A variety of birds such as Blue jays, Cardinals, owls, hawks, hummingbirds, Woodpeckers... nested in our wooded areas in the property that we enjoy watching and listening to them.

For health reasons, dogs are not allowed to swim in fishing pond or drink from it (please see the Arial picture of the property for the fishing pond location). dogs must be on leash when they are outside.

Our maximum length of stay is 3 weeks. All inquiries for longer than 3 weeks will be declined.
All payments must be submitted and processed via this platform. We do not accept personal or company checks or any other methods.

Very enjoyable visit
We stayed at the Cottage while attending the Masters. We enjoyed our stay. The host communicated prior to our visit providing information about the Cottage and the amenities provided, and restaurants in the area. She was very helpful and responsive in addressing questions we had prior to our visit. We really enjoyed our stay and have made reservations to stay again next year.

Great spot
My son, myself, and my son's fishing partner stayed here for a fishing tournament on Clark's Hill Lake. The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having a safe place to park our boat. Highly recommend. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive.

This is our second stay at High Meadow Cottage. We still didn’t take advantage of the disc golf course, but we spent every evening outside enjoying the grill and the outdoor seating area with friends and family. Highly recommend! I would even feel comfortable staying as a solo traveler.

My husband and I along with our two dogs stayed for three nights while visiting cousins in Grovetown. We agree that all of the reviews are totally accurate, it was a wonderful place and would rate it higher than 5 stars if we could. The hosts have thought of everything to meet the needs of a traveler. Our favorite memory was spending time in the evening with family making S’mores and looking up at the stars around the fire pit.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a week and it was absolutely lovely. The place is small but not cramped, everything was clean and accurately described in the listing. The internet wasn't the fastest, but that is to be expected. Outside the cottage is gorgeous, and you can often see deer at night which is amazing. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Evans area!

High Meadows Cottage Stay
Very nice property. Clean and well appointed. Lots of little extras that made the stay extra enjoyable. Jasmine, the owner, was easy to reach and very responsive to text communications. The only recommendation for consideration would be one more lamp somewhere inside so all the lights don't have to be on at night when trying to wind down. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Augusta area

Cute cottage near everything!
The cottage was extremely well furnished. The hosts are nearby if you need anything. The property is located near every place we needed to be in the CSRA. We loved the fire pit especially. Next time we will try out the disc golf.

This cabin was perfect! We came in town for a retirement ceremony at Fort Gordon. It was perfect distance from everything and so serene! Waking up to watching the deer run around and the peacefulness outside was paradise. The hostesses were so helpful and easy to get ahold for any questions- though there wasn’t many due to the thorough check-in process! We will definitely be back!

Anniversary Trip
This cottage was so cute and really easy to locate thanks to detailed instructions by the owner. The cottage was very clean and most needed appliances were available. The location was peaceful but still close to most anything we needed. Owners relied quickly and answered all questions we had. A Beautiful Escape! Highly recommend!
I stayed at the Cottage while visiting family and friends who live in the area, and I loved every single minute of my stay! For one, the Hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond! The property the cottage(s) are located on is gorgeous. You’re tucked away on 16 acres of breathtaking Georgia landscapes and feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, yet you are only minutes from everything you need. It was so relaxing and did my soul so much good to sit by the firepit with my dog and best friends who payed me a visit each evening. We saw deer at dusk and a number of beautiful birds during the day - it was just so peaceful and I made wonderful memories there! The cottage is so charming! There’s a full kitchen, nice bathroom and the bed - oh my goodness, the bed is so comfortable! I can’t remember the last time I got such good sleep like that. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the Hosts, and I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to consider staying here. You won’t be disappointed! Many thanks to Jasmine and Will for opening up your little slice of heaven for others to enjoy! I appreciate y’all and my doggie and I hope to stay again next time we’re in town. :)

Can't wait to come back!
We stayed while we were in the transition of moving and it was amazing. We are now unpacking in our house and I already miss having morning coffee overlooking the property. The kids have asked about fishing multiple times and I know our dog misses the mass amount of running space. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Very clean, great communication, and lovely property and people!
