Incredible service from the minute we arrived right through until departure. Very attentive restaurant and bar staff. Gisela at the front desk was most pleasant and effective and helpful. The room attendants were cherry and cleaned our rooms quickly and efficiently. The water was hot The location of the property was very good. Within easy walking distance of the Historical Center and plaza. The only negative aspect was that our two rooms were not very sound-proof. We found them to be extremely nosiy. We were facing the public parkage garage and back alley. Perhaps other locations of rooms would be less noisy? We will definitely return to Genova Plaza Hotel in Guadalajara and ask for a room that does not face the street or back alley. The price waa very fair.
