Staff was amazing especially Javier at the bell desk he was so helpful with giving dinner options and helping us get transportation. The location of the hotel is close to everything with shopping and restaurants walking distance . Rooms were very clean definitely will be staying here during our next trip .

Amazingly beautiful hotel!
Went there for a weekend trip thursday to monday. The hotel was beautiful and near restaurant, shopping and conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally helpful, they asked us if we need to book any trips around guadalajara to let them know and they contacted us with an amazing private tour/chauffeur for the days that we stayed there. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless. I would definitely recommend 10 out 10!!!

Mediocre experience
Hotel is nice enough. Was our second stay there in 9 months. Probably won’t stay here again. There’s no privacy in the bathroom with shower and toilet doors both made of glass. Additionally our toilet was broken and running the entire time. Housekeeping knows it’s an issue but did nothing. From the front desk, I asked for water to be delivered to our room and was assured it would be right up. Never came.

The hotel is modern and clean and located in a shopping complex with quick access to amenities. However, we did have to ask twice for the air-conditioning in our suite to be fixed as it was not working at all upon arrival. Also, the suite with separate bedroom was supposed to have a pull out sofa bed for our son, but it did not, so they had to provide us a rollaway bed instead, which took up space in the living room area. We also had to request coffee pods as there were none in the room upon arrival.
