Amazing!
Planned a getaway with my sister to explore the city and although we were at first very hesitant to travel alone, the staff at Real Mastreanza made us feel safe from the moment we checked in. Alexis was whom we had the pleasure to engage with most of the visit, however, every single staff member was just as friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful in the inside and although the exterior of the building was a bit aged, the inside was modern eye catching as it displays beautiful artwork. The room itself was spacious, modern but practical, the beds were comfortable, air conditioning was working as expected, the restroom was very clean and the shower head pressure was amazing (rainfall)! Over all, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Drinks at the bar were amazing, the restaurant buffet was delicious, and the Spa services (1 hour relaxation massage) was exceptional. The massage was given in the room and all the necessary equipment was brought in, elevating the space to meet the desired relaxed vibe. The hotel works with a taxi agency that gets you around the city safely and is inexpensive. We also booked a tour to Tequila, which did not disappoint! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and I encourage you to book all that they have to offer. It met all of our expectations and was minutes away(walking distance) from Mercado San Juan De Dios, Cathedral and many other day and night time attractions as it is located in the Centro!
