Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely property and rooms -- looks much more upscale than expected. Other guests could be a bit loud over the weekend. Very convenient location. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

El hotel esta ubicado en la zona de tolerancia. Y en la paguina dice hotel 4 estrellas. Nada recomendable si vas en familia. Es más nada recomendable. Solo si quieres pasar una noche con las y los sexoservidores de la zona . No debería tener categoría 4 estrellas

The rooms are very outdated. No refrigerator, ice nor long mirror. Restroom is tiny, very hard to even shower on a shower without a full door. You can hear everything that goes on in the room next to you therefore they are not soundproof as advertised. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. The bed is stiff as a board..
