If you ever wonder where the Guadalcanal island, famous for the Pacific II World War battle, name came from, you will find it by visiting our charming home. Discover the "Sierra Norte" of Seville, a protected natural park.
The building, located downtown, was made in the 19th century and it has been our family house since then. You will be able to enjoy spectacular doubles, with more than 150-years-old, in 4 of the 6 spacious bedrooms and a huge living room with fireplace and a complete kitchen.
In our house there are 3 complete bathrooms, two in the first floor and the other one downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cook, an oven and a special paella pan. Feel free to cook and eat outside in our typical andalusian patio. There is a solarium above the living room.
During the winter, you will be able to have a long and relaxed conversation in the huge living room. There is plenty of firewood for the fire and four big sofas.
We speak Spanish & English and we will be available on the phone if you have any problems. There is also local assistance in the town for emergencies.
Our house is the perfect place to walk around Guadalcanal. You have a market, several supermarkets, a pharmacy, bar & restaurants and medical consultation in less than 15 minutes walking distance.
If you want to know the countryside, we recommend you to walk or bike. There are also horse riding activities. However, if you want to visit the nice close towns of Cazalla de la Sierra, Alanis de la Sierra or others, you will need a car.
If you need transportation from Seville Airport to Guadalcanal, please do not hesitate to ask.
