I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel. Rooms look nothing like they show in the pictures. Uncomfortable beds, bedding was dirty, trash on the floor. Halls and other rooms are in very bad conditions (they seem to be refurbishing, which is usually not a big deal, but in this case it looks creepy, makes you wanna leave) And this is NOT a family hotel, too much noise in other rooms until early morning (around 5 a.m.) Spend a little more and stay at a decent place. No lo recomiendo, gaste usted un poco más y quédese en un lugar más decente. Las fotografías NO corresponden para nada a cómo lucen las habitaciones realmente. Las camas son incómodas, las colchas estaban sucias, había basura en el piso y en los cestos de basura de huéspedes anteriores. Los pasillos y otras habitaciones están en pésimas condiciones. Parecen estar remodelando, lo cuál normalmente no es gran problema, pero en este caso las condiciones son deplorables. Me pregunto porqué no simplemente cierran el piso completo. Y lo peor; NO es un hotel familiar, demasiado ruido de otras habitaciones hasta altas horas de la madrugada (5 a.m.) no es posible dormir bien, mucho menos descansar.

Un poco maltratada la habitacion, tenia puertas selladas con cinta, el buro de la revamara roto, sabanas y cortinas con agujeros o remendadas, en el baño la regadera estaba rota.

The rooms smell dusty. the room was super cold. we had to sleep with out coats on. the remote control did not work and the internet could not reach into our room. the telephone in the room did not work and even some outlets did not work either.

For the price this place is not worth it. It boasted about A/C and it was not working, we tried to turn the fan and received an electric shock. The dressers looked like someone had taken a bite out of the corners. Our room was located at the front and you could hear traffic as if you where standing at the street. Staff looked like we were an inconvenience to them.

Easy to find and quite nice
Easy to find and just off the main road through town. We were on the back side of the hotel, so little highway noise. Not many barking dogs or other irritation deep-night sounds. Good view from the top floor where were. Restaurant was good, and moderately priced, as was the bar service. The staff were all excellent. Perla, the manager on duty when we arrived, was outstandingly helpful and totally bilingual. Building is older but well-maintained. Good, gated and guarded parking behind. Room was adequately sized and spotless. Shower was clean, with good pressure and very hot water. Overall, it wasn't a 5-Star place, but in a smaller town like Zacatecas, it was plenty good enough in general, and excellent in the things that count: cleanliness, security, comfort, on-site amenities, and ease of access. We'll stay here again our next overnight in Zacatecas.

Hotel sumamente desagradable
Este hotel no respeta la elección de habitaciónes, pedí una con cama KING SIZE y me dieron una con dos camas, además sábanas y fundas sucias y oliendo a sudor, los cubrecamas son cafés, y tenian manchas de líquido blanco como de baba seca, todo estuvo pesimo, el baño todo sucio, los azulejos llenos de moho, la alfombra manchada y se ve que no la aspiran seguido, me dijeron que me habían dado esa habitación por qué no tenían disponibles al momento pero en cuanto hubiera una me cambiarían a la que solicite, cosa que jamás ocurrió, mi pregunta es acaso solo tienen 2 habitaciónes con cama KING SIZE?? Señores, no engañen al usuario, piensan que somos ignorantes y más a los que viajamos seguido, yo dejé la habitación ynlwd deje mi dinero a ver si así compran jabón y cloro para que laven las sábanas y fundas apestosas que ponen en sus camas.
