Lo que ofrecen en su publicidad por internet no corresponde a la realidad, y no hubo quien pudiera solucionarnos el que la habitación no era lo que reservamos, habitación sucia, maloliente, baño sin respiración, habitación sin ventilador entre otras cosas. Lo único que nos agradó fué el desayuno y la atención del personal de cocina. Es un hotel sencillo, pero que no publiquen lo contario.

Esta muy céntrico, sin embargo necesita mejores televisiones, las toallas rotas, es una lastima que desperdicien la ubicación dejando a un lado el mantenimiento de las instalaciones podría ser mucho mejor

Eso fue un fraude me vendieron algo que me dijeron que era 3 estrellas y no llegaba ni a una estrella lo más horrible de dónde estado totalmente sucio olía horrible y nada que ver con lo que me vendieron me deberían de haber regresado lo que pague y no lo hicieron Perdí todo decidí no quedarme y regresarme a mi ciudad y no me respondieron con nada fue un fraude totalmente venden algo que no es deberían de tener inspectores para verificar que sí es de 3 estrellas y no lo hacen te venden lo que ellos quieren y no te cumplen Y todavía te hacen pagar y no te regresan nada en cuanto llegamos al hotel decidimos regresar nos porque nos daba asco horripilante y de muy mal gusto y la compañía dehoteles.com se limpió las manos diciendo que el responsable era el hotel Pero ellos fueron los que me cobraron yo en lo personal no vuelvo a trabajar con hoteles.com es la peor experiencia que he tenido

El peor servicio que me han dado en la vida.
para comenzar el personal fue grosero he ineficiente la mayor parte del mi estancia en ese lugar, las instalaciones super descuidas y muy sucias, durante mis 4 días hospedanda ahi tuve que estar pidiendo lo de limpieza básica que se suponía el hotel debía de proporcionar de ante mano, ni en sueños volvería a hospedarme ahi, HORRIBLE !

Hotel puede mejorar
Del lobby el hotel es lindo, pintoresco. Pero las habitaciones les falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza así como capacitar a sus empleados y contratar más pues al momento de hacer check in tuve que esperar mas de una hora y mi habitación ni siquiera se veía limpia. La segunda noche me cambiaron a una mejor pero aún así creo que falta mantenimiento.

En cuanto a la atención por parte del personal, puedo decir que todos muy amables. Sirven un desayuno que no está mal. Creo que pueden mejorar la limpieza de la habitación(La televisión estaba polvosa) y el teléfono no funcionaba. Otra cosa que sí deberían cuidar es el suministro de agua porque un día no hubo agua toda la mañana.

Las imágenes engañan está muy descuidado el hotel las toallas viejas, no teníamos internet, telarañas , polilla, pintura etc muy mal sé que era económico pero no para que este descuidado eso los hace quedar mal a ustedes, quede muy desilusionado
