Bom, mas pode melhorar
No geral, a casa é boa. Porém, precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos, dentre eles: Chegamos, e a casa estava com cheiro de mofo (alguém abrir as janelas para ventilar 1 dia antes resolveria). Os filtros dos 3 ar condicionados estavam horríveis, tivemos que lavar todos eles. Os ventiladores bastante sujos (coisas simples de se resolver). Outra coisa que não gostei foi o fato de o piscineiro, ao chegar na casa, entrava silenciosamente, sem chamar. Acho que quando tem gente morando precisa pedir permissão, mas isso não era feito, entrando assim na nossa privacidade (pessoas com roupas de banho e/ou trocando de roupa). Outra coisa, as camas e colchões, precisam melhorar bastante, pois não são de boa qualidade. O quarto dos fundos não tem ventilador (conforme anunciado na contratação). As fotos não eram condizentes com a realidade (precisam ser atualizadas), porque, o sofá estava totalmente rasgado, os armários da cozinha com a louça suja (fedido de tempo guardado), precisamos lavar antes de usar. Enfim, pequenos detalhes que, se for dado uma atenção especial, a casa passa a ser 100%.
